1. Sayulita

2. Bucerías

Bucerías is a smaller town, frequently known for its true”authentic” Mexican town vibes, being a town full of scenic little places, such as flea markets with colorful handcrafts, displays of traditional clothing, local restaurants, and much more.

Here you’ll find truly stunning and captivating natural scenes and places, like the trails in the jungle, hidden beaches and many other outdoors spots.

3. San Pancho

San Pancho is one of the quieter and more peaceful little towns in Riviera Nayarit, and is just a little over 20 minutes away from Punta de Mita. 

In San Pancho you’ll be able to enjoy other types of recreational activities, with more slow-paced and unique experiences; like going horseback riding in the sunset, releasing new born turtles into the wild in the rescue centers, visiting the theater, and walking around the little town peaceful streets.

4. Nuevo Vallarta

Nuevo Vallarta is the town that resembles more the energy and vibes of a beach city-like destination, while still maintaining the beautiful scenery of the iconic beaches of Riviera Nayarit.

This is an ideal destination for people looking for a little more luxurious and carefree experience, visiting golf courses, drinking cocktails, going out on boat rides and enjoying luxury resort facilities.
